Plant Optimisation

As a result of this, maintenance, engineering and production departments are coming under ever increasing pressure to reduce budgets, maintain output and reduce plant downtime. The web-based plant optimisation system has been designed to group together datasets and understand arising problems from the grouped data which has been extracted from the PLCs and SCADA systems, for the purpose of increasing OEE, reducing unit cost, reducing waste and improving plant reliability, using one of the following techniques:

Managing and running the site’s production plans, production processes, maintenance functions and stores;
Extracting PLC recorded data, importing and restructuring data from other existing site recording systems by using one data acquisition card.
