Using industry standards, we assess the overall spend, set a benchmark spend and highlight the areas of overspend. 

Once the overspend areas have been identified, we will develop a joint solution that requires no investment but works towards a fixed price solutions.  This solution will cover equipment failures that will help reduce the areas of overspend and increase reliability.  This end goal will be to work toward the benchmarked figures.

As a result, this model allows management teams to quite easily see where they are today and where they need to get and how we are assisting them along the journey, thus delivering the results to the organisation.
